These terms govern your use of www.maindevs.com. They do not govern any engagement between MainDevs and a client — that is covered by a separate written agreement.

Using this site

You may read this site and contact us through it. Do not attempt to disrupt it, access parts of it that are not public, or use automated means to scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people.

What is on this site

The content here describes the kind of systems we build and how we work. It is general information, not a proposal, a quote, or a commitment to deliver any particular outcome. Any screenshots or diagrams shown are illustrative unless explicitly labelled as a client project.

Nothing on this page forms a contract. A binding scope, price and timeline only exists once both sides sign one.

Submitting the contact form

When you submit the contact form you accept these terms and the privacy policy, and you agree that we may use the details you gave us to reply to you and to have a conversation about working together. That is the only use we need, and it is the only one that is a condition of using the form.

The form also carries an optional box for marketing email — notes on what we build, how other operations teams are using it, and the occasional service announcement. It is unticked by default. Ticking it is entirely up to you: the form submits either way, and we will handle your enquiry identically whether you tick it or not.

If you do tick it, every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and you can leave the list at any time with one click or by emailing hello@maindevs.com. Leaving the list does not affect any live conversation or engagement. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Ownership

The text, design, code and marks on this site belong to MainDevs, except for third-party names used to describe the tools we integrate with, which belong to their respective owners.

Availability

We aim to keep this site up and correct, but we provide it as-is. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for losses arising from your reliance on general information published here.

Who we are

MainDevs is the trading name of MainDevs LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. We invoice in US dollars on US-standard contracts, and our team works US business hours.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
